This
Wednesday, we will reflect on the two views of reality. The first view is the
gift view. This view holds reality is a gift of God’s wisdom, visualization,
and sharing. It is the older of the two views. The second view we will reflect
on is the accident view. This view is the scientific opinion reality results from numerous accidents that resulted in life as we know it…
Reality as a
gift is a beautiful thought. In God's great Godhead wisdom and infinite mind
visualization, God sharing all reality with us, his creation, gives one the idea of divine
justice and mercy being natural. Miracles seem realistic. Even life without an end
sounds possible. One might expect prayers to be heard and responded to by a
Creator God…
The accident
of natural forces culminating in life as we know it does not provide such lofty
thoughts. What accidents caused an accident might undo. Even mighty beings can
be dwarfed by entities from a more powerful star’s effect on them. Every power, living or inert in the accidental reality, is subject to the relativity of where it
came from.
The gift
view is based on nature resulting in a living mind discovering itself as God from
its excellent knowledge. As it grew more intelligent of potential entities, it
realized which it resembled most accurately. The accident view does not say
there is a need for a creator, and many think God is just a viral piece of
folklore. The accident view is based on experience inclusive of laboratory
experimentation experiences volume of growing knowledge. The gift view holds the theory of an all container that was all-seeing and grew self-aware…
